Driver's Alert provides highly reflective, 200 candlepower decals for every vehicle in your fleet, which are applied to the back of each vehicle.

Here’s how it works:

Spotting a Driver's Alert reflective decal, a concerned motorist calls our 1-800 number to report driver behavior. We encourage both positive and negative calls, and our decals prompt motorists to call with "Compliments or Concerns".

A Driver’s Alert professional uses our proven interview software to accurately capture all details of the call. If the incident is defined as an emergency, we will also contact our client’s supervisor immediately. Our call interviews are comprehensive and courteous, since we know we represent our clients’ public image. Our call answer rate exceeds 99% of all calls answered on the first ring. Every call is digitally recorded and validated.

We create an Incident Call Report (supervisor and driver versions), and email this report to our client’s designated contact, with a digital recording of the original motorist’s call. Our report details the incident and recommends specific corrective training, with a link to the appropriate mini-module or full online training course that will best address the specifics of the incident reported.

The driver’s supervisor and the driver listen to the call, review the incident reported and the Driver's Alert recommendations, and agree on a course of action.

The driver uses the link provided in our Incident Call Report to take the appropriate online safety training course(s) - anytime that's convenient, anywhere that there's access to the Web.

The supervisor enters comments on the incident into their Driver's Alert database and uses our powerful online tools to monitor safety training and identify long-term trends for each driver, and for their entire fleet.

The supervisor can access the Driver’s Alert database 24/7 to review information and generate reports, leading to proactive and statistically grounded decisions.
