If you need clarification when you discuss it with your driver, you will also have a record of the incident to review.
Our operators are courteous and they ONLY take Driver’s Alert monitoring calls. This is our only business and we do not take overflow calls for anything else. We know that when we are taking these reports we represent YOU!
