The Driver’s Alert System
How the System Works
Driver’s Alert helps companies manage
their fleet safety and vehicle monitoring
whether they have one vehicle or tens of
thousands, all at one location or with multiple
locations in the US, US territories and Canada.
There are over 10,000 companies on our vehicle monitoring
program and that number is increasing. Our clients include insurance companies, trucking companies, law enforcement agencies, school districts, delivery services, utilities, waste management companies and many more.
It starts with the How's My Driving Decal
Every
participating vehicle is given a unique how's my driving decal number with a toll-free number to
encourage concerned motorists to phone in complaints or compliments about driver safety.
Live Operators, Recorded Interviews
Our fully trained, in-house operators take the call, create a report and transmit it by fax or e-mail to the fleet safety director and any other personnel the company deems appropriate.
The Incident Report
The incident report contains the name and number of the caller, the vehicle’s decal number and information about the call. Your response to the call can be documented either by completing the response form on our interactive website, by email, or fax.
Fleet Management Reports Galore
Driver’s Alert provides trend analysis summary reports including percentage of calls per vehicle (categorized by complaint, compliment and faulty equipment calls), multiple calls by driver name, incident type trend by percentage, and time of day trend.
Fleet management reports include information on calls responded to and actions taken allowing corporate management to monitor the program at multiple locations.
Monthly Fleet Profile reports and Incident reports are transmitted via e-mail and/or fax to company authorized personnel.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I already have my name and phone number on my vehicles. Isn’’t that enough?
A: Having your name and number on your vehicle does not advertise your desire to be notified of driving behavior, it merely gives the public someone to blame. Without the Driver’s Alert system you will never know if anyone has called or whether these calls have gotten to the right person or resulted in any action. Our trained operators are professionals; they patiently deal with all kinds of callers to insure the recording and delivery of accurate, detailed and credible information.
Q: How will my drivers react to this program?
A: Implemented properly, Driver’s Alert is not a punitive program. It is designed to benefit everyone involved. You can reward your drivers for safe driving and retrain drivers developing bad habits before it’s too late. Participating companies take an active part in the success of their drivers.
Q: Why do we need Drivers Alert?
A: Any vehicle with a company name is a target for a lawsuit. Driver’s Alert participants are less likely to be involved in costly accidents than their non-participating counterparts and this participation demonstrates they have done all they can to prevent accidents.
For less than a cup of coffee per month, per vehicle, we will monitor your vehicle 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
