REGIONAL MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW

Driver’s Alert is currently seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, ambitious, curious and professional individual to join our sales organization as a Regional Manager reporting directly into the Vice President of Sales. In this direct sales role, you will be responsible for consistently achieving quota while primarily focusing on new client acquisition, growing annual revenue with existing clients, and client retention.

 

This position is a remote position that requires the ability to work autonomously and will require moderate over-night travel. This position requires a “can do” attitude and excellent communication, presentation, and people skills as the ability to consult and problem-solve is critical to success.  You will need to routinely interact with senior executives and senior and mid-level managers and supervisors and will also need to develop relationships with Insurance Carriers, Brokers, and other business partners as necessary.  You will be required to perform coordinated outreach using telephone, email, web conferencing, and social networking tools while documenting all efforts in Salesforce.com daily. You will be expected to consistently create new qualified pipeline and accurately manage and report for forecasting purposes.

 

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college / university and a minimum of 5 years of experience directly selling SaaS and / or eLearning content and services to Mid-Market and Enterprise organizations with documented consistent success.  A working knowledge of occupational health and safety and fleet safety is preferred.

SALES ASSOCIATE

POSITION OVERVIEW

Driver’s Alert is currently seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, ambitious, curious and professional individual to join our sales organization as a Sales Associate reporting directly into the Vice President of Sales. This is an entry level role in the direct sales organization where you will be responsible for partnering with our Regional Managers, prospecting across our database, consistently exceeding metrics, initiating and managing campaigns, lead follow up and pipeline creation.  You will also have responsibility for consistently achieving quota while primarily focusing on new client acquisition, growing annual revenue with existing clients, and client retention.

 

This position requires working from our corporate headquarters in Deerfield Beach, FL. This position requires a “can do” attitude and excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills as the ability to handle high volumes of work and leads is critical to success.  You will need to routinely interact with senior executives and senior and mid-level managers and supervisors. You will be required to perform coordinated outreach using telephone, email, web conferencing, and social networking tools while documenting all efforts in Salesforce.com daily. You will be expected to research accounts and contacts helping us gain access to senior executives and execute account penetration strategies. You will be expected to consistently create new qualified pipeline and accurately manage and report for forecasting purposes. Individuals consistently demonstrating success in this role are candidates for future Regional Manager openings on the team.

 

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college / university or equivalent work experience and recent lead generation, account management, or sales experience.  A working knowledge of occupational health and safety and fleet safety is preferred but not required.
