Bloodborne pathogens can cause disease, illness, or even death. If you might be exposed to blood or other body fluids, it is important to know the potential risks and how to reduce your exposure. Through this course, you will learn how to identify common risks, recognize equipment and practices to use to reduce exposure, take proper steps if you do become exposed, and to list aspects of an employer’s Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure Program.
