What People Are Saying
“One of our drivers was pulled over for traveling 81 MPH on a stretch of local highway where the posted speed was 65 MPH. The driver had to unbuckle his seat belt to roll down the passenger side window to talk to the approaching officer. The officer then issued a seat belt citation. As it turns out, the officer was a former Mallory Pools employee and simply had a grudge against us. We fought and won the case in court using the telematics data from Driver’s Alert. The judge and officer were amazed at what this small device could do. It proved the driver was wearing his seat belt at the time of the traffic stop. The data also revealed that our driver was actually traveling at 71 MPH, not 81 MPH. We never really thought about the wide range of benefits that vehicle telematics would bring to our fleet.”JENNIFER MERKLIN
“We were reluctant to use Driver’s Alert in the beginning because ThyssenKrupp Elevator had already established its own best-in-class call center, including the implementation of our own ‘How’s My Driving’ program. The process of receiving calls and notifying our branches worked well, but to enhance the success of the program we realized we needed to add or refine other elements related to tracking, reporting and driver’s safety training.”TOM ARMSTRONG
“Through July 2009, the number of Driver’s Alert calls is down 45% over the same time period last year. The number of at-fault accidents is down 60% over the same time last year and the financial losses have decreased by 42%. Given management’s commitment to the program, Driver’s Alert delivers results.
The results speak for themselves. This program is an excellent tool to identify undesirable driving behaviors and to provide coaching and specific training to correct these behaviors before they lead to accidents. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is looking to increase safety awareness and decrease the frequency of vehicle accidents and losses in their vehicle fleet.”BRIAN CLARK
“It is imperative that we remain accident free for the safety of our employees and customer base. Earnhardt has been a subscriber to Driver’s Alert for over ten years with great results. While we feel that we do our best to hire skillful and mature drivers, we have created an almost perfect record of no accidents (and, thank goodness, absolutely no injuries) over our tenure with your company. The reason is simple. Each driver knows that somebody is watching him or her and any serious violations will most certainly be reported to their employer.”WILLIAM F. WATERS
“The partnership with Driver’s Alert has provided us with an excellent tool to identify and train our drivers who exhibit at-risk behaviors. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking to reduce liability exposures for their vehicle fleet.”SANDY BROWNELL
“I feel compelled to share with you our experience with Driver’s Alert. Since putting this in place many months ago, we have been given an outstanding opportunity to manage our fleet from a safety perspective like never before. Utilizing your system, I have been able to correct a driver situation within an hour of it occurring. That is incredibly valuable.”BRETT D. MILLER
“Thank you so much for the superior training this week. I just want to say that I’ve done a lot of new program implementation in my day; and by far you and Driver’s Alert have gone above and beyond my expectations. Everyone at Red Ball is quite impressed with you, and with the whole program. I look forward to a long and productive relationship with you and the company! Thanks again.”TERESSA BANKS
