Course Description

Understanding that sexual harassment is illegal and recognizing what harassment looks like is a good first step. In this course, we will go one step further and examine a certain type of abuse that has been growing in recent years – bullying. We will learn how to identify abuse, both in the office and online. We will examine how to identify someone who is experiencing abuse and how to respond, as well as how to appropriately report the abuse. Additionally, we will cover how to build and implement a policy and a protocol for preventing bullying, cyberbullying and other forms of online harassment and abuse.
