Course Description

Certain facilities that store moderate to large amounts of oil must comply with the EPA’s Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) rule. This course explains how to develop and implement an SPCC plan as required by the SPCC rule. Inspections, containment, spill prevention requirements, emergency procedures, and other types of information required by the rule are among the topics covered.
