Course Description

As a supervisor, helping to ensure driver safety is one of your most important tasks. When you receive an incident report about a driver, do you know how to effectively coach them to improve their driving? In this course, we will describe all of the necessary steps of returning a safer driver to the road, including how and when to deliver feedback, as well as following through with appropriate training.
